About Us

East Lyme, CT Roof Inspection provides roof inspection and roof certification in East Lyme, CT, Connecticut. Connecticut has a lot of older housing: colonials, capes and Victorians, many with more than one layer of shingles. Nor'easters bring driving rain and wind, and winter freeze-thaw cycles open up small gaps in flashing around chimneys.

Ice dams are common on homes with poor attic insulation, and they cause water stains at exterior walls in late winter. Shoreline homes see wind and salt. Our roof inspection counts layers, checks chimney and step flashing, and looks at attic ventilation. We also offer pre-purchase roof inspection, attic and ventilation inspection and roof leak diagnosis across Connecticut.
